Birth Actually is a modern antenatal class developed to provide expectant parents with the most up-to-date information on pregnancy and childbirth.   

 

Our classes are designed to empower expectant parents and provide them with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions in their birth journey.  

 

Led by a qualified midwife with years of experience, our classes are designed to provide evidence-based information, while also creating a comfortable and supportive environment for parents.   

 

We are passionate about providing a positive birth experience and strive to ensure that all parents feel informed, supported, and prepared for their birthing journey.

OUR CLASSES WILL:

  • Help you prepare for labour, birth, and life with your newborn.
  • Provide evidence-based information from practicing midwives
  • Provide the opportunity to meet other parents-to-be!
  • Provide support during the early days with your baby
  • A free goody bag is included for all your labour and postnatal needs!!!!

 WE ARE CURRENTLY BASED IN ASHFORD, KENT.
